Thanks, Marci. Living in SoCal where it gets up to 100 in summer, I was probably giving them too much water, although I'll have to be careful not to let them dehydrate. Tricky business, no?

Thanks,Greg. Gorgeous photo. I have mounted the new aclandiae horizontally on a cork log, not having any maleleuca handy. Hoping it will be happy.

Sorry I just found your message about C. aclandiae. After many years of struggling with them, and old AOS article gave me one clue and our resourcefulness another. #1 - they prefer a horizontal mount - or tilted - to vertical. #2 - they LOVE maleleuca...and there is plenty of that around.
