    Sorry I just found your message about C. aclandiae. After many years of struggling with them, and old AOS article gave me one clue and our resourcefulness another. #1 - they prefer a horizontal mount - or tilted - to vertical. #2 - they LOVE maleleuca...and there is plenty of that around.
