I will definitely go to the show in mayaguez. I try and get orchids of everykind. I'm trying to start cultivating more terrestrial orchids, but they are hard to come by and keep happy, or so I've heard. I by my plants at orchid shows, there is one coming in the Mayaguez area, I think in the middle of september. However I buy most of my plants by mail. I recommend Tropical Orchid Farm from Hawaii, Carter and Holmes from South Carolina and Oak Hill Gardens. All have top notch orchids.

I live in the Rio Abajo forest with most of my orchids. But a few that thrive in a drier climate is in Aguadilla in my mother's house. I have about 180 varieties and species of orchids. I think you will enjoy Rincon it is a stunningly beautiful place. What types of orchids do you grow?
