Simple method is press (ctrl + z) after writing the name it automatically change in small letter its undo button.

Agree, that's the simpliest method. And elsewhat, you may switch off automatic capital letters when typing it first time.

You can change the settings in paragraph or somewhere there's an option, I have an upgraded version of MS-Word so couldn't find the exactly where it is. Why don't you go for the help or tutorial in MS-Word.
