AQPlus is on the 4.5 version already and it is in the process of doing the 4.6 update. When you subscribe, you should receive the updates automatically.
You made the question when the AOS was in the process of moving to the Fairchild Gardens and had some problems getting Internet connections for a while. Now everything is going OK.

I have paid for my subscriptions and awards on the website without any problems. For this, you should create your account with a password and there you will see all your awards ( if any ) and be able to pay for your subscriptions. Also you can access Orchids Plus, which the online version of AQ Plus.
