Can't renew membership at website!

Has anyone recently been able to renew AOS membership at the AOS website?

From this page:
http://www.aos.org/default.aspx?id=1

If I click the link that says "Renew or Upgrade Membership"; I get to this page:
https://www.aos.org/register.aspx

I fill in all the requested information and click the register button at the bottom of the page and essentially nothing happens.

If I go back to:
http://www.aos.org/default.aspx?id=1
and click the grey button that says "Renew Membership" I get a screen that starts flashing as it refreshes every few seconds.

This frustration comes on top of not having been warned that my membership expired a couple of months ago. I had been wondering why I seemed to have not gotten a magazine for a while.

I really would like to renew my membership. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I could do this?
