My orchid is dying?

Hello to everyone

I bought this orchid at the end of April and she had some flowers still not open. Then she opened all of them, so I thought that everything was going well. Today suddenly I noticed that she is losing her flowers and I thought that it was too soon. I checked the roots and I found some of them dark and above all empty inside. The roots that you can see in the picture are not strong; if I touched them they are empty inside. I cannot cut all of them. How I can help my orchid? If I am going to cut all the roots can she survive?
