Happy Fathers Day and First Day of Summer! Here is the attached newsletter for June, 2012.

On Saturday, June 9th we will be hosting our 12th Annual New Growers Seminar & Exhibit.

Seminar: 11:00am - 1:00pm, Exhibit: 11:00am - 2:00pm.


Lectures will include the 7 variables: Light, Water, Air, Temperature, Humidity, Growing medium & Fertilizing (called feeding). There will also be a lecture on Pest and Diseases. Free handouts will be available which are designed for the beginner to form a base on how to grow different orchids, both in the home and outdoors. Good information, questions answered, refreshments available. No charge for the seminar or exhibit, just come and learn. There will be orchid society members there to help answer questions.
