Default black and yellow spots on my orchid

Hi to everybody,

Last year appeared black and yellow small spots on my orchid. I bought a product (fungicide) and sprayed it. The spots have stopped growing. Last week, however, it seemed to me that the spots were increased again, so I sprayed the product again. Next Sunday I must spray it again as written in the product instructions.

The plant in general, as you can see from the photos, looks healthy. It also has a new bulb growing. It is already almost two years since I didn’t change the pot, and I see that the roots are trying to get out from all sides. But looking at the good health of the plant I'm afraid to do so.

I was wondering if I should cut the leaves with the spots. Or, maybe you know a better solution than a chemical product. I do not understand why this plant has problems with fungus. The other orchids have never had problems. The plant is located in a corner of the room that is brightly lit, but never direct sunlight. Could this be the problem?

I hope for your help,
Marian
