Is the Beginner Newsletter e-mailed to us or do we get it in the mail? How often is it sent, monthly or quarterly?

I still have not received the newsletter and joined the early June. I also e-mailed where prompted to start receiving it. Is it sent quarterly? Is there a contact person that I can call? Thank you.

I appreciate you sending the archive website. I am familiar with reading the newsletter from the archives. My question is - who is the contact person because I have sent multiple requests thru the prompted site and haven't received the newsletter yet. Thank you.
