what is this beauty? i photographed it at the stirling dickinson orchid garden here in san miguel de allende. i want to give them the name of this orchid. it is the size of a silver dollar.

Cathy, I can't be certain but you might try an internet photo search for Schomburgkia (or Myrmecophila as it has been recently reclassified).

Really A Strange but rather beautiful Orchid,I find it odd to this kind of orchid must be rare I guess, Sorry i do not know about this but out of curiosity i find it interesting...
